Ingredients

  • 2 Medium potatoes, boiled
  • 1/3 Cup grated paneer
  • 1 Green chilli, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp cilantro leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 Tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp chilli powder
  • 1/4 Tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 Tbsp corn starch
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 Tsp ginger paste
  • 1 Tsp garlic paste
  • 1 Tsp chilli powder
  • 1 Tsp garam masala
  • 2 Tsp coriander powder
  • 1 Tbsp kasoori methi (Dried fenugreek leaves)
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 2-3 Tbsp milk
  • 1/3 Cup heavy cream
  • 1 Medium onion, chopped
  • 1 Cup tomato puree (I used the canned puree because it has a brighter tomato color but you can certainly use fresh tomato puree)
  • 8-9 Whole cashews, unsalted
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
