To make gravy, first of all, take all dry spices and in mixture jar, blend and make powder form. Heat the oil on medium gas and fry all koftas until it would get dark brown color
Finally before serving arrange the Koftas (Deep fried balls) in a serving bowl and pour the gravy on them and garnish with some grated paneer and coriander leaves
