  • manathakkali seeds
  • green chillies
  • tamarind
  • salt
  • gingelly oil
  • rice flour 1 teaspoon
  • curry leaves
  • methi seeds
  • mustard and urad dal for seasoning
  • jaggery 1 teaspoon
  • asafoetida.


    heat gingelly oil in a kadai.add the seasoning mustard, methi and urad dal and asafoetida,green chillies andcurry leaves .now add manathakkali seeds and saute well.add tamarind water let it add 1 teaspoon rice flour to make thick gravy. then add jaggery . serve with hot rice along with gingelly oil on top.
