Ingredients

  • 2 large Mustard seeds - 1/2 tbsp Fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp Hing - 1/4 tsp Red chilli - 2 (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 cup Salt
  • 1. Dry roast the mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, hing and red chillies. Once it cools down, grind it to a powder.
  • 3. In a pan, add the oil. Once the oil heats up, add the grated mangai.
  • 5. Add 1 tbsp of ground mustard
  • 6. Cook on low flame for
  • 15-20 minutes Once done, add
  • 1 tsp of oil
  • 1. While storing the pickle use a clean dry spoon to avoid the pickle getting spoilt.
  • 3. You can store it in refrigerator for a month or two.
  • 4. If you feel this is too spicy, skip the red chillies.
