Ingredients

  • Ingredients: {Makes around 13 medium sized Buns}
  • 3 Bananas {I used the small Indian variety.. Riper the Better!}}
  • 2 1/2 to 3 Cups Whole wheat flour/ Atta* {I used Pillsbury}
  • 1 Tbsp Chickpea flour/ Besan
  • 1 Cup Curd/ Yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds/Jeera
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • Salt to taste
