  • 2-3 tbsp or Coconut milk
  • ¼ cup Salt
  • Salt
  • ½ kg Onion
  • 1 chopped Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Red
  • powder
  • 1 tsp or less Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Tamarind
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 small
  • 6-8 Grated coconut
  • ½ cup Coriander seeds
  • 1 tbsp Poppy seeds
  • 2 tsp Sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp Fenugreek seeds
  • ¼ tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Black peppercorns
  • 1 tsp Black mustard seeds
  • ½ tsp Red
  • 5-6 others Oil
  • 4-5 tbsp Curry leaves
  • 1 big cut into quarts
  • 5-6 hours You can use either grated fresh coconut or coconut milk
