  • 1 large size mango
  • 2 tablespoon-basil seeds/sabza seeds/tukmariam
  • 1/2 cup-Falooda sev/rice noodles (thin)
  • 4 tablespoon-roohafza /rose syrup
  • 500 ml- full cream milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon -sugar
  • 10 - saffron stands
  • 125 ml-whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • pomegranate seeds for garnish
