Ingredients

  • 2 cup cooked rice or even the previous day rice should do.
  • 2 medium size onion slicely chopped
  • 2 medium size tomato slice or roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 3-4 green chilly slit (spicy the better)
  • 5-6 garlic cloves
  • 2 sprig of curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp chana dal
  • 1 heap tsp turmeric powder
  • Coriander leaves to garnish
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp oil or you can even add 2 tbsp ghee in addition for aroma.
