Take the grated potato and paneer and add the methi leaves, salt and garam masala and mix. Roll out small balls from the potato-paneer mixture and flatten them slightly as shown in the picture
Add the besan, chilli powder, ginger -garlic paste, turmeric powder and whisk again. I have earlier shared ' Tirunelveli Mor Kuzhambu ' recipe and after reading that recipe, you can understand what I am talking about
