Ingredients

  • 3 cups poha
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup peas
  • 1/4 green bell pepper
  • 100 gms paneer
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon all spice powder
  • or garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon urad dal
  • 4 green chillies
  • 1 sprig curry leaves
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coconut ( grated, optional)
  • 2 teaspoons of Sev
  • 4. Cook over low flame till the tomatoes breakdown and become mushy.
