Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cooked rice (chilled)
  • 1 cup of chopped vegetables of your choice (I have used a combination of carrot and cabbage)
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • roughly chopped
  • 3 tablespoon of refined sunflower oil
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 2 red chilly
  • 1 teaspoon of red chilly powder
  • 2 teaspoon of Pav Bhaji Masala
