Ingredients

  • 4 cups of whole wheat flour
  • 2 cups shelled green peas (thaw if using frozen)
  • A handful of cilantro (coriander leaves)
  • 1-2 green chillies, chopped very small
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste (optional)
  • 2 tsp Panchphoran Masala ( See the recipe here )
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 2 medium sized onions, chopped small
  • ½ tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tbsp oil + more for roasting Parathas
  • Salt to taste
