  • 3 cups green peas, frozen or fresh ½ - 1 cup grated coconut 1 tsp grated ginger 1 tsp crushed garlic ½ tsp white pepper, ground ¼ tsp sugar Salt to taste 1 Tbsp oil For the dough 2 cups AP flour or maida 3 Tbsp vegetable oil ¼ tsp salt 1 cup + water Oil for deep frying Method
