Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon kasuri methi
  • 1/2 tablespoon ghee
  • 2 - 3 tablespoon coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon for pastetomatoes
  • 1/2 inch piecegarlic
  • 2 - 3 coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon cashew
  • 5 - 6 bay leaf
  • 1 small
  • 2. In a pan heat oil or ghee, add bay leaf, cloves and cinnamon, saute for a few seconds.
  • 3 minutes till paneer gets cooked.
  • 9. Your matar paneer is ready to be served.
