Ingredients

  • 1 inch ginger
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • ½ tsp jeera

  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • ¾ tsp coriander powder
  • ¼ tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 cup water, add to adjust consistency
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • ½ cup peas, fresh
  • 10 pieces paneer
  • 1 tsp kasuri methi
  • 1 cup of water add
  • 2 tbsp of curd and mix further add peas and add paneer cubes
