  • 3 and a half cups of white flour
  • 6 eggs *Mawa (sweet) 1 cup 1/2 cup milk warmed with 1 pinch saffron
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • Dash of salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp rose essence
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 100 grams pistachio, chopped
  • 1 big pinch of saffron
  • 2 dsp warm milk
  • 1 and 1/4 cup chilled thickened cream
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1/2 tsp rose essence
