Ingredients

  • 1 English carrot finely chopped and para boiled
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 th cup green beans finely chopped
  • 1/4 th cup peas para boiled
  • 2-3 potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 1 cup rice flakes/poha
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/4 th tsp chilly flakes
  • 1/4 th tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 th tsp turmeric powder
  • Some aamchur/ dry mango powder
  • 1/4 th tsp oregano
  • 1/4 th tsp dry parsley
  • 2-3 garlic cloves very finely chopped
  • 1/4 th cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 th cup corn meal
  • 1/4 th cup cornflour
  • 3/4 th cup cold water
  • 4-5 Burger bun
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped Chinese cabbage
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • oil for deep frying
  • Mayonnaise
  • Some slices of tomatoes
  • some cheese slices
