Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Little millet/Samai
  • 1 Cup Idli rice
  • 3/4 Cup Urad dal
  • 1 tbsp Fenugreek seeds
  • As required Salt
  • 4 Cups Samai batter
  • 4 Cups tightly packed Methi leaves
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 ) Wash and soak Samai/little millet, Idli rice, Urad dal and fenugreek seeds together for 3-4 hours
  • 2 ) Grind them to smooth batter.
