Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Chopped onions
  • 1/2 cups Garlic cloves -2 no’s
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Grated coconut
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Urad dal
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Hing
  • 3. Add the onions and sauté
  • 4. Methi leaves get cooked fast, so add the
  • coconut and enough salt to the stir-fry and put off the stove.
