  • oil to deep fry
  • Salt to taste

  • 2 medium Onion, chopped
  • 3 Green chilli
  • 2-3 Garlic cloves
  • 10 Cashew Nuts
  • To Temper
  • 3 Green cardamom
  • 3-3 Clove and black pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4 tbsp butter/ghee/oil
