2. Add
the ground masala paste into it and saute until raw smell goes. Then add all the spice powders turmeric powder, cumin powder and garam masala powder into it and give a quick stir. Add the fresh methi leaves into it.
3. Add
half cup of water and bring it to boil for a minute. Then add the soaked moong dhal along with one and half cup of water and salt. Pressure cook this for 4 whistle or until moong dhal becomes soft. Moon dhal masala is ready to eat.
