Ingredients

  • 2 cups fenugreek leaves
  • 1 cup cumin - 1/2 teaspoon green chili - 1
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 2. In a wide mouthed bowl, add wheat flour, salt and mix well
  • 7. Flip it again, apply ghee on this side too.
