  • 1 bunch of fresh fenugreek leaves
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 2 green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 cup basmati rice
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 small
  • piece of cinnamon
  • 3 cloves
  • 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.
