I already posted ravakesari, now I posting same but fully microwave method. Within 15 minutes the microwavekesari ready to eat. Rava/Sooji - 1/2 cup . Take Microwave safe bowl and add water and keep it in high power for 2 minutes to boil the water. Now add the rava, food color to the bowl, mix well and keep it oven for 3 minutes in between stir one time
Halwa becomes thick, microwave it for a minute before serving. Its nothing but rava/semolinahalwa with addition of mango flavor, which gives a nice, aromatic fruity flavor to halwa
