  • 2 and 1/2 Cups of All Purpose Flour
  • 50 ml Warm Water
  • 1 and 1/2 Teaspoon Dry active Yeast
  • 190 ml Warm Milk ( milk should not be hot, it should be warm )
  • 1/4 Cup unsalted butter minus 1 Teaspoon 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
