  • 1 cup vegetables, peas (beans, carrots, colored peppers, all diced the same size)
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 tomatoes chopped

  • 1 tsp thick tamarind paste
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp hing (asafetida)
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 6 whole dry red chilies
