Ingredients

  • 2 cups Basmati rice (soaked for 15 minutes)
  • 2 cups Soaked Moth beans
  • 2 nos Onions (sliced thinly)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • 2 nos Whole spices (bay leaves,cloves, cinnamon stick & cardamoms)

  • To Grind
  • 1 cup Mint leaves
  • 3 tbsp Grated coconut
  • 5 nos Green chillies
