Ingredients

  • 1 tspn ginger paste
  • 1 tspn garlic paste
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 3/4 cup grated coconut
  • 1 tspn red
  • 1 tspn garam masala
  • 1/2 tspn turmeric powder
  • 1 tspn cumin
  • 1/2 tspn cinnamon
  • 3 cups Water
  • 1 tspn garlic paste
  • 1 tspn ginger paste
  • 1/2 tspn hing (asafoetida)
  • 1/2 cups steamed matki (moth) (soaked overnight)
  • 1 cup boiled
  • 1/2 tspn turmeric powder
  • 1 tspn garam masala
  • 1/2 tspn cinnamon
  • 1 lime juice
  • 3 cups water
  • 1. You may also take mix sprouts to make usal
  • 2. The farsan can be substituted with Chivda Stepwise Pictures
