  • 1 cup mixed vegetables, finely chopped (potato, carrot, cucumber, onion, capsicum, spring onion)
  • 1/4 cup gram flour (besan)
  • 1 tsp each ginger & garlic, finely chpped
  • 2 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp ajwain (caraway seeds), optional
  • salt to taste
