  • For The Sponge:-
  • 100 g All Purpose Flour
  • 100 g Buter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • Few Drops Vanilla Essence
  • For The Topping:-
  • 1 Cup Strawberries (Sliced And Chopped)
  • 3 Kiwis (Sliced And Chopped)
  • 1 Orange (Peeled)
  • 1 Cup Pineapple (Cut Into Small Pieces)
  • 4-5 Pcs Grapes
  • 1/2 Cup Pineapple Juuce
  • 1 1/2 Cups Whipping Cream


    For The Sponge:-
    1. Cream The Butter And Sugar Till Light And Fluffy.
    2. Separate The Yolks And Whites
    3. Beat The Yolks And Add Vanilla Essence To It.
    4. Whip The Egg White Till It Forms Peaks.
    5. In A Separate Bowl Sieve The Flour And Baking Powder Thrice.
    6. Add This To The Egg White Mixture By Cut And Fold Method.
    7. Mix Together The Egg Yolks And Butter Mixture.
    8. Add This To The Egg Whites By Cut And Fold Method Until Fully Mixed.
    9. Preheat The Oven At 180℃ For 10 Minutes
    10. Dusta Cake Tin With Butter(or Oil) And Flour
    11. Pour The Cake Mixture Into The Tin And Bake For 20 Mins At 180℃.

    For The Topping :-
    1. In A Bowl Add Whipped Cream And Chopped Strawberries, Kiwis And Pineapple.
    2. Cut The Cake Sponge Into 2-3 Parts Horizontally.
    3. With A Spoon Add Some Pineapple Juice Toh The Base Layer.
    4. Now Apply The Fruit Cream Mixture.
    5. Take Another Layer Of The Sponge And Place It On This Layer
    6. Wet The Sponge Again With The Fruit Juice And Repeat The Process For The Respective Layers
    7. Take The Whipped Cream And Fully Cover The Cake
    8. Even The Sides And Top And Place The Sliced Fruits On Top In The Way You Desire
    9. Refrigerate For 2-3 Hrs
    10. Serve Chilled.
