  • 1 Cup Panchratna dal ( Black urad dal, Toor dal, Channa dal, Masoor dal and Green gram )
  • 1/4 Cup Moong dal
  • 1 Onion, Finely chopped
  • 1 Tomato, Finely chopped
  • 3 Green chillies, sliced
  • 1/2 Cup Methi leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Spinach leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Sirukeerai or Araikeerai / Amarnath, finely chopped
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 1/2 Cups Water
