Here I used little millets also called Samai in Tamil to prepare quick adais. Millets are making more way in my kitchen of late and so slowly Iam switching to various millets and trying out recipes simply replacing rice

But today, I have tried my favorite sweet with millets, Yes. Heat 2 Tsp in pan, add the millets and roast it till aroma comes and cool it completely. After grind the roasted millets, I got 1 Cup rava, so added 3/4 Cup sugar and its correct sweetness, if you prefer more sweetness add 1 Cup sugar
