Ingredients

  • Dry Ginger : 1 Teaspoon
  • 3. Mix it well, add salt and allow it to ferment
  • 4. In the morning when you are ready to prepare dosa, keep a pan on the fire. Clean the pan with kitchen tissue.
  • 6. Remove the lid and turn the dosa other side and cook for a minute
  • 7. Dosa is ready to serve
