Ingredients

  • 100 gm Onion
  • 2 No Tomato
  • 2 No Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 No Dry Red Chili
  • 1 No Fried Gram
  • 1 tbsp Grated Coconut
  • 3 tbsp Fennel Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Poppy Seeds
  • 1 tsp Cashew Nuts - 5 No
  • 3 No Cardamom
  • 1 No Star Anise
  • 1 No Bay Leaf
  • 1 No Coriander Leaves
  • 2 to 3 whistles. Boil water in a pan with salt and turmeric powder, add the cauliflower florets and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
  • 5. Add the chopped tomatoes and saute till the tomatoes become soft.
  • 6. Add the red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt. Mix well and cook till the tomatoes become mushy.
  • 7. Add the cooked vegetables to the onion tomato masala. Mix it well and add required amount of water. Let it boil.
  • 8. Add all the ingredients mentioned under "To Grind" section to a blender and grind it to a paste. Add this paste to the vegetables.
