Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Field beans / Fresh Mochai ( pressure cook with salt and 1/3 cup water for 3 whistles on low flame )
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 Teaspoon urad dal
  • 1 Large red onion chopped finely
  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped finely
  • 1 Teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper corns
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Teaspoon chopped cilantro leaves for garnish
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh grated coconut for topping
