Ingredients

  • 2 cups bhajani flour (kepra brand/home made)
  • 3/4 cup water,
  • 2 tsp black Maharashtrian goda masala,
  • 2 tsp red chili powder,
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder,
  • 1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)
  • lots of coriander/cilantro,
  • 2 small onions /1 medium onion
  • 1 cup sprouted moong
  • 1 cup chopped coriander
  • salt to taste,
  • some oil.
