Ingredients

  • 3 minutes per Cheela ( approx)
  • 250 ml cup
  • 1 cup moong dal
  • 1/4 cup rice flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon carom seeds
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1. In a vessel add the moong dal flour, rice flour, salt, ajwain and mix well.
  • 2. Add the water and mix well to form a lump free thick batter.
