  • 1 cup moong dal /green gram soaked for an hour minimum.
  • 1/4 cup raw rice
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
  • small piece of ginger
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 green chillies
