Ingredients

  • 2 people Preparation time
  • 3 cup cooked rice
  • 200 gm curd (thick)
  • /250 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp urad dal
  • 1 tsp chana dal
  • 1 tsp ginger chopped
  • 2 long red chilli roughly cut
  • 2 green chilli chopped
  • 14-15 curry leaves
  • salt
  • 1. Add milk, curd and salt to cold rice and mix it
  • 2. In a small pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds.
  • 4. Add this tempering to rice and mix well
  • 5. Serve this chilled
  • 1. Always use chilled or room temperature rice, for curd rice recipe
