Ingredients

  • 1/2 inch piece
  • 2. Add the cleaned and washed mudakathan keerai and fry for one or two minutes until the leaves shrinks.
  • 3. Add the keerai mix to a blender and grind it to a paste.
  • 4. Add the ground keerai paste to the idli dosa batter and mix it well.
