Ingredients

  • 500 g of Chicken
  • 5 no of onion sliced
  • 3 no of Cinnamon
  • 3 no of bay leaf
  • 3 no of clove
  • 4 no of cardamom
  • 20 no of almonds
  • small piece of ginger
  • 5 no of garlic
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 2 no of green chilli
  • 100 g of cream
  • 2 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp of curd
  • 3 tbsp of ghee
  • 1 cup of water
  • 5 minutes in low flame by covering the pan
