Ingredients

  • 2 eggs 5 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 green chillies
  • 2 tsp garlic paste
  • 2 tsp ginger paste
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp poppy seeds
  • 2 tsp clarified butter
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cashewnuts
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 cloves 1 Stick of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 cup green peas
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 2 potatoes
