  • 1/4 cup ghee, plus a little more while rolling the ladoos
  • 1/4 cup beans or gram flour
  • 1/8 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup semolina
  • 1 1/4 cup whole urad dal soaked for 2-3 hours 1 1/4 cup powdered jaggery
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cashew-nuts
