Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp Salt - 1 tsp Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder - 1 tsp Garam masala - 1/2 tsp Dry mango powder or Amchoor - 1 tsp ( Optional)
  • 2 tbsp Oil - 2 tbsp Bay leaf or Tej Patta - 1
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves - chopped - 1 tbsp
