  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger and garlic
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped
  • red onion
  • 1/4 cup canned tomato
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon kasuri methi (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon finely minced fresh ginger root
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon ricotta cheese
