  • 1 1/2 cups loosely packed murungai keerai / drumstick leaves
  • 1/4 cup moong dal / split yellow lentils / pasi paruppu
  • 2 tsp urad dal / black gram dal (without skin)
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds
  • 1-2 dry red chillies
  • 1/4 cup grated coconut
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp broken urad dal / split black gram dal (without skin)
  • 2 1/2 tsp oil
  • Salt to taste
