  • 1 pack Eggs - 2
  • 2 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Curry leaves
  • 1. Cook the rice and spread it on a plate to cool or use left over rice
  • 2. In a pan, add the oil
  • 4. Add the ginger garlic paste and saute until the raw smell leaves
  • 5. Add the tomatoes, mix well and cook covered for a few minutes until the tomatoes are well cooked
  • 6. Add the turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder, mix well and cook for a couple more minutes
  • 7. Add the chopped mushrooms, mix in with the masala
  • 11. Add the chopped coriander leaves and switch off.
  • 1. You can make it more spicy if you prefer.
