Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Carrot - 1/3 cup Garlic -
  • 1/2 tsp Vinegar - 1 tsp Pepper powder - 1 tsp Spring onion greens - 1/4 cup Salt - to taste
  • 2. Cook the basmati rice and spread it in a plate to cool down
  • 3. In a kadai, heat the oil and add the chopped garlic
  • 4. Add the chopped onions and saute until it turns translucent
  • 5. Add the mushrooms and cook for about
  • 6. Add the capsicum and carrots and cook on high heat for 2
  • 8. Add the cooked basmati rice and mix in gently.
  • 9. Add the spring onion leaves and mix well and switch off.
  • 1. You can add other veggies like beans, cabbage or even eggs to this rice
  • 2. You can use left over rice or normal rice for this recipe
