Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Chappati flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • pinch of turmeric powder
  • 2-3 tsp yogurt
  • 2-3 tsp oil
  • 1 litre oil for deep frying the puris
  • 2 cups of peas ( I used frozen peas)
  • 2 tbls oil (I used sunflower oil)
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp dhana jiru (mixture of coriander and cumin powder)
  • small bunch of coriander – all finely chopped to add to the filling.
  • 1 tsp garam masala
