Ingredients

  • Mutton (medium size pieces) – 500 gm Basmati rice – 250-300 gm (2 cups)
  • Onion (cut into fine slices) – 2 (large)
  • powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon
  • Green cardamom – 3-4 pods Bay leaf – 2
  • ¼ teaspoon rose water and 2 tbspoon of mustard oil for overnight.
  • 1½ cup of hot water into it. Let the liquid comes to boil and then pressure cook the meat up to 8 whistles so that it gets cooked 70%. Now separate the meat from its liquid gravy and keep aside.
